FAQ - What are Dibond Signs?
Dibond Signs are printed on aluminum composite material, which is comprised of two 0.15mm aluminum panels bonded to a solid polyethylene core for a total thickness of 3 mm. Dibond signs also receive an added layer of UV and Scratch Resistant clear vinyl laminate to protect the printed image. Compared to Aluminum Signs, Dibond Signs are more rigid as in they don’t flex or wave as easily as aluminum, because they are thicker. However, aluminum signs tend to be a little more durable. Both are great choices for exterior signs.
